Mobile app
Your store in your pocket, without a vague “coming soon”
Most Shafrik sellers already run their activity from a phone. The web dashboard is designed for that (large tap targets, no iOS zoom, orders readable with a thumb). The native app sits on top: the same account, the same data, with order notifications on the lock screen.
First: mobile web, already here
You do not need to wait for a Play Store listing to work. Sign in to Shafrik from your phone browser: products, orders (nine COD statuses), customers, MOLIA. It is the same tool as on a computer, not a cut-down version. Many sellers use only that, every day.
Then: the native seller app
The Shafrik app is not a “customer store” app (each seller does not get their own App Store listing). It is the seller workspace: your dashboard, in a dedicated app, with push notifications when an order arrives. Deliberately sober format: store name and amount, never the customer’s name on the lock screen.
Where the rollout stands
Android is in testing with sellers, ahead of a public Play Store listing. iOS is the same product, on Apple’s store timeline. We do not show dead “Download” buttons: once the store listings are public, this page and the footer will point to the official links. Until then, creating an account is the right move: active sellers are notified at launch.
What you do in it
- See and move an order forward (confirmed, scheduled, unreachable, delivered) without opening a computer.
- Get an alert as soon as a customer submits the form, useful when you are on a round or at the market.
- Talk to MOLIA on the store’s real data, as on the web.
- Keep the same login: one Shafrik account, web and app.
What the app is not
It is not your customers’ app. They order on your web store (phone or computer), cash on delivery. The Shafrik app is for you, the seller. It is also not a WhatsApp replacement: MOLIA WhatsApp stays in the dashboard; the app is mainly so you do not miss an order and can act fast.
How to be notified
Create your store (free, no credit card). Join the footer newsletter if you want the launch announcement. When the app has a public listing, the Mobile app footer link will still lead here, with download buttons. Until then, your phone browser is enough to manage orders day to day.
